Orlando, Kissimmee Fl.DCF are one and the same district 7 and the 9th district court handles both Orange /Osceola counties I have dealt with this Fl.DCF many many times and in fact since 2003 and continuing.This but only one example in which I have caught them,their last DCF documented court report handed to the judge and on record on me was that they "could not do a face to face with me because I live in Russia(I nor my son have never lived in Russia) and they could not do a face to face with my son either because he was some place in Russia and called him Ramon.My sons name is Not Ramon(his is the same as mine) Nor does our name even remotely sound like Ramon..After I read it out loud in the court room the judge M.Waller turned to DCF and said " I told you you needed to watch what you write on that,I have told you that." With that,,any reasonable person would assume that the judge is Directing Fl. DCF as to what to write and what they want in order to gain their selective sampling in their rulings,,Is that Justice,Think Not! DCF tried to claim their hired contractor,Kids Hope United are immune,because I caught them submitting false data ,it took two court hearings to prove they are not immune because Fl. law states they needed to have Ins. and they don't.
